Repair Terms & Conditions

Carriage must be covered by the customer for repairs that are returned by mail/courier.

We don’t do warranty repairs. We don’t send repairs back to the manufacturers on behalf of our customers.

We can provide an estimate on the price of a repair, but this price can change if we experience unforeseen repair costs. In cases where the cost of the repair is set to rise significantly, we will provide the customer with an update. At this stage, the customer can chose whether or not to go ahead with the repair.

In cases where the customer chooses not to go ahead with the repair, the customer can expect to pay the basic service charge, plus the cost of labour and parts at that point in time.
